Copyright & Permission
The copyright on the final images, web designs, source files, codes and pages as created by our developers will be held by developer up until the final payment. This should be done before developing starts with a written agreement and its noted that without any such agreement, possession of the codes and designs will be with the developer only. The clients’ claims of distribution or resale of final files will remain prohibited unless any prior written contract is made between the developer and the client. If the developer creates a website then the client shall add a development link or credit on the website. Whatever future changes that are made by the developer, the client agrees with the developer to include that credit. However, if requested by the client, then the credit will be in the code and not displayed on web browser. The developer reserves the right on any work that has been professionally done for the client in his work portfolio.
As per this agreement, the developer has permission to deny working with the following:
Website Designs NY might require third party services, for example, credit card processing in order to complete a project. It should be ensured that Website Designs NY will not be responsible for any issues with any third party service.
Any third party we work with has the right to use any information provided to us by the client. This is required to recognize the developer as a representative of the client in communication with any third party. This would also help in the interest of time, and helps avoid any delays meeting project deadlines.
Payment of Accounts
Before we begin to work for any client, we ask for a deposit as per our agreement. Whether for web hosting fees or any other costs, incurred by Website Designs NY on our client’s behalf, we bill in advance for these reasons. Please know that this amount is non-refundable. Our policy states that any outstanding amount will be paid in full, within 30 days of the invoice submission date. Please note that we accept personal checks, cashiers checks, bank wire transfers, third party escrows (i.e.- Paypal), BitCoin, Ethereum, LiteCoin, debit cards, and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.
