At Website Designs NY, we believe in providing complete satisfaction to our clients. However, once an order has been placed, and our developers begin to work for a client's project, it is understood that the client has read and agreed with our Privacy Policy and Terms Of Use provided at the bottom of every page in this website.



Cancellation Policy

At Website Designs NY, we believe in cooperating with our customers in any possible way, and the following outline is our policy to submit a request for a refund:

  • We will consider a cancellation request valid only if it is submitted within 72 hours of placing your order. Any request for canceling an order will not be considered afterwards.
  • Website Designs NY can process a partial refund request if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory. The customer needs to submit a grievance within five (5) days of delivery.
  • All outstanding balances that the client owes to Website Designs NY for the services or products rendered should be paid in full. We encourage all of our clients to submit grievances related to billing and refund requests via email so that the submission is time stamped.
  • We can consider any other outcomes, such as a partial refund, which is mutually agreed between the client and Website Designs NY.
  • In the case of a grievance regarding any product or service with a warranty from a manufacturer, we ask our customers to refer directly to that manufacturer.


REFUND POLICY

When client(s) purchase a product or service from Website Designs NY, the purchase is protected by our satisfaction guarantee as we have hundreds of happy clients in the global market. If a client(s) is not happy with our product or service, then Website Designs NY may consider a partial refund after an investigation.

If you wish to submit your request for a refund, you just need to submit an email to refund@WebsiteDesignsNY.com along with your contact and purchase details within the above mentioned time period. Please don’t forget to mention the reason for the refund request and the date of your invoice, which you received via email after placing and confirming your order. We would like all of our clients to know and understand that we are not providing full refunds for services delivered in full. We process all refunds within 21 days of approving the refund request.
